OVERVIEW:
SourceESB is a resource for electronic parts buyers sourcing electronic components, products and services. User Research was part of SourceESB site redesign project.
USER RESEARCH:
User research contained User Interviews. Interviews were recorded with join.me app which allows screen share component as well as audio recording. Users were asked to show examples of how they use current SourceESB site as well as it's competitors and other sites relevant to sourcing electronic components.
